    My first phone was a cheap Samsung. It cost $80. Yes, it has OTG.
    I know nothing about other brands because I've only owned two Samsung phones.

    I have a $100 Samsung Galaxy a14 5G "SM-S146VL" (Straight-Talk) that has OTG. If you consider $100 cheap. I bootlooped my Revvl 6 5G right after flashing and my OnePlus Nord N200 (Both MetroPCS) is FRP and PIN locked. So I bought the Galaxy a14 5g as a back-up. I actually like it.
