Do I need OE_OEM if I don't have trend micro anymore??

    I have already gotten rid of Trend Micro, completely uninstalled it. So now I am trying to clean up my start up and it has this in there....Do I need this or is it junk???

    C:\ProgramFiles\TrendMicro\Internet Security 12\TMAS_OE\TMAS_OEMon.exe

    And here is another I don't know

    "C:\Program Files\ Messenger\msmsgs.exe" / background
