An easy way to get memory suggestions is to use the advisor programs on memory retailers such as crucial.com. Which says you can use a variety of speeds http://www.crucial.com/store/listparts.aspx?model=P5Q&Cat=SSD

I only mention it because the link you provided seems to suggest you using DDR2 800 which may not be your best choice. If you are adding ddr2 800 memory to already existing ddr2 1200 you will be slowing down your existing memory to the 800 speed.

If you are starting with all new memory then you probably want to go with the faster speeds.

If you tell us which you are doing then someone here who works with RAM modules more often than me should be able to advise you on a good choice.
