    More files to get rid of ;) ?

    See thumbnail for lots of old *.logs for Acronis True Image old versions.

    Latest version (v11) doesn't seem to save them, unless it is in another format or suffix. I want to delete them. Good idea? Bad idea? They are out of date and apply to older versions.

    Would someone check out the last 2 logs in particular and comment on them. for me. One has a tildé (~) followed by numbers and letters. Corrupt? The other appears to be an "Uncorrupt" log. Am I right?

    @Halo@
    You out there? I know you use Acronis TI software. Do I really need these old logs?

    Thanks, Halo. Just wanted confirmation from the "Oracle". :-D
    Does v11 store logs anywhere?

    Looks like v11 stores logs in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\acronis\TrueImageHome\logs
    Slightly different sub-Folder from previous versions. ;)
    I'll keep an eye on these.

    Hi Bazza

    Yes seems they shifted the logs to a different folder, kinda more in one place now with the app data. A suggestion and one I use to delete logs if one of the cleaner apps dont do this automatically is to add the folder loacation to the likes of CCleaner so that in a normal cleanup run, these folders are also cleaned.

    Thanks for your suggestion, Halo. I had made a shortcut (Magicword in SlickRun) direct to the link I published earlier. I'd like to keep the last few logs in case something goes wrong, and delete the older ones manually, rather than use CCleaner to delete the lot. Never had the need to read the logs in the past, though. :-D Bazza
