Is there a chance anyone could tell me if I "have" what this "work-at-home" company is asking for?

    This is what I have:

+Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic Edition (English)

    +IE 7

    +Dell Inspiron 531, Athlon 64 X2 4000+ (2.10GHz, 512x2)

    +1GB DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz

+NVIDA GeForce 6150 LE Integrated Graphics GPU

+250GB SATA II Hard Drive (7200RPM) (*Approx. 220GB "Free" space)

    +Integrated NIC card

    +56K PCI Data Fax Modem

+Integrated Audio (and Creative "SBS 330" [2.1] speaker system)

    +Comcast (Cable) ISP

    +OpenOffice.org Writer

    -*I do NOT have a "17" Flat Panel Display". I have a 13" (?) Dell, MFG'ed in 1997

This is (apparently) the minimum they say one has to have:

    Operating System
Windows XP or Vista Operating System
    Internet Explorer 6.0 SP2
    PC Specifications
2.8 GHZ Processer (minimum of a Pentium 4 processor or equivalent processor running at a clock speed of 2.8 GHz or better)
    1 GB RAM
12 GB of Available Hard Drive space
    Sound card with speakers
    17" Flat Panel Display recommended (capable of 1280 x 1024), 15" minimum
Minimum Processor Type: AMD Athlon, AMD Duron, Celeron or Pentium III or better
    One free USB available

    Broadband Prerequisites
Cable or DSL provider (No Wireless or Satellite)

Minimum up load speed: 500 kbps
Minimum down load speed: 1.5 mbps

Broadband supplier must supply 2 or more IP addresses
    -OR-
Broadband suppliers which supplies 1 IP address and a Router connected to the Broadband service that has a DHCP service that will distribute 2 or more NAT'D IP addresses.

The above is the minimal requirements to support One PC and assumes that only (1) PC is connected to the broadband service.

We recommend hiring a professional home network service specialist if you are not knowledgeable with creating and supporting a home based network.

    Additional
USB Headset with built in Digital Signal Processor (recommended model type: Plantronics.Audio 750, Plantronics.Audio 650, Plantronics.Audio 625)
A phone, free from reception issues, that can be used for extended periods of up to 4 consecutive hours. Convergys does not reimburse for cell phone charges.

I'm not certain on how to read through all of this, what I'd call; 'fine print'. I don't know if some parts are more crucial than others - or if not having any one part of the requirements would put me out of contention (?).

    Thanks,

You pass the spec list, although I'd definitely consider a new monitor. 17" tft screens can be picked up cheaply nowadays and is worth it.
