   i am running sp2 fat32 partition
   
   and have sp1 ntfs on other partition
   
   how do i transfer documents from sp1 (ntfs) partition
   
   to
   
   sp2 (fat32) partition

   FAT32 can't 'see' NTFS. If there is no reason for not having NTFS on the SP2 then you can convert it from FAT32 to NTFS. WARNING....there is no going back.
   
   Convert FAT32 to NTFS file system.
   Start/Run.......convert [drive letter]: /fs:ntfs ENTER
