Does any one know how to really contact Symantac??

Hello Fellow Geeks,
My name is Fluff and have had a terrible time with a virus. Some how Norton has left my computer...sort of.. His icon wasn't on the task bar when I got this icky virus (998 emails in outlook express) Roadrunner help desk told me to install EZ Amour but I couldn't becauseNorton was still in my computer...so I went to unistall Norton and I need a password to unistall....I cant get thru on the phone or even send an email question! Right now I have no anti virus protection ..can anyone help???? Thank you

 

i would keep trying the phone because an email might not do it and they might ignore it. after you put EZ armour on be sure to download one of the free antivirus programs here on MG. They work well like Antivir or AVAST.

 

Eh. EZ Armour is a firewall + AV program.. Downloading another AV program will just cause conflicts. So dont do it! EZ Armour came with the windows update CD that was distributed a while ago. Having used it, I would go for avast! instead of EZ, but thats just my preference.

Anyway, go look in Software at the top.
