   SALEMBABIE Private E-2

   I don't know how I got it or what it is.... every time I restart my computer I get a notepad that opens up with this in it....

   Does any one know what it is and how I can fix it or make it go away?

   shell32.dll is a library which contains Windows Shell API functions, which are used when opening web pages and files.
   
   Check startup to see if it is being called. If not, or unsure how, a good first step would be to check startup and clean the registry with CCLeaner:
