Does anyone know where i can update my BIOS?

You can gain them from the maker of your PC if its a OEM build as in HP, DELL etc or if a Home build PC the motherboard manufacturer.

You will need makes and model versions of either to located the correct BIOS as they are generally specific to the motherboard or maker, not any old update will work.

Small warning tho, flashing the BIOS with the wrong update or doing it wrong can cause your PC to stop working, you really need to only flash the BIOS is you have an issue than an update fixes, if not leave well alone.
