    Would a VPN with static internal and External Ip addresses be an effective way of networking Windows Vista Home Basic to Windows 2000 sp4? and if so how do i do it?

    1. Are you talking about two computers inside a LAn, or over the Internet in different locations?

    2. What Networking Means? File sharing, copy files, controlling the computer...?

    inside a lan. one is wireless "vista" and the other is hardwired "2000". and i want full file sharing. with user privledges.
