Does CCleaner scrub all users in win2k?

I am working through the "read me first" procedure. The scanners appear to have run on the whole disk, but CCleaner seems only to have run on the user account I am currently logged in to. Do I need to log in on every user's account to fully scrub (some are not administrators) or is there a way I can make CCleaner run across all accounts? (or is it already doing that and I just can't tell?)

By the way, I greatly appreciate the guidance I've gotten so far. It is however difficult to read this website when you are in safe mode resolution

Actually you need to run all of the tools after booting to each account, otherwise things that occur only when that users account is load and that users registry settings are in effect, will be missed.

Don't read this Website when in safe mode? Just print the instructions and only do what is given in the steps, all the scans. The only place you should be connecting to while in safe mode is for the online scans.
