no, I'm at a LAN party.. now going back to BF: Nam

 

Just one more thing to go along with a bad day. I don't get bored when I am grumpy. I just get grumpier.

 

Fleppen is lucky to actually have a place to have a LAN Party. If I have ever had a lan party it would be between me and my computer downstairs lol (not much of a party). I guess maybe I could go and pay to go to a place, but the only place around this part of New York is like 30 minutes away from where I live, and the people that go there aren't geeks, their...... NERDS! (pokemon freaks). And believe me, there is a difference between geeks and nerds. And so, even though I would probably woop ass against the nerds (since nerds suck with computers) i guess that would be a reason to go. But then again, there is the hefty price to go there and place for like only an hour.

I had that one! Paid $24.95 plus s/h for it...and when it got here I found out they neglected to mention the adult sizes were baby doll style. I gave it to a friend.

I woulda been here tonight, except the weatherman threatened my house with extinction and I figured we'd lose power any second from the severe thunderstorms that rolled through here, so I shut down and unplugged.

 

Well, it's Wednesday here already.

Wednesday had better be a drastic improvement. As for the remainder of the week, it better start looking up. I don't want to look forward to next week, I just want this one to get better.

 

Maybe there was something funky in the air yesterday. I don't know what it was, but I am glad it is over.

 

...I'm into "Terrible Thursday", morning already!

 

It's still Wednesday, but it's a GREAT one for me! I feel like a kid whose just gotten out of school.

Today at our contract negotiation meeting, we actually agreed on an item for the first time in three weeks (Article 2, Section C, item 6)...and then we cancelled the meeting we had scheduled for Friday. Starting Saturday, the lead negotiators for both sides are going to be out of town until the end of the month, so our next meeting isn't scheduled until July 30! We've had at least 3 meetings per week since the 3rd week in May, is why this is so exciting for me.

And...I took Saturday off for a family gathering, which automatically gave me Sunday off because it was a two-day gig...so I don't have a darn thing on my schedule until next week Wednesday!

 

Well, we are almost at the end of the day, and so far, so good.
