Does it matter if the package box looks damaged?

    in this store i found the last pz2370 but the package or box it was in looked miserable, really damaged. they said inside it everything is okay and that it looked that way because it was the last one left. wtf? anyway should i get it or not?

    What's their return policy? What's the warranty on the product? Would you be using a credit card for the purchase?

    Hi

    What is it as pz2370 could be a camera from Vivitar or a LCD monitor from Samsung? asking as if damaged box is more likely to be more of an issue with an LCD monitor than a camera, in that damage to the box may mean damage to the screen and dead pixels etc

    I agree whats the returns policy and also what sort of price is it, mainly meaning is it under recomended retail price? as if your not happy with the condition of the box and worried about the contents, then look elsewhere for the item.

    Oh I meant px2370 the LCD monitor. their return policy is that i could return it within 5 days as long as i didnt open the box. if i see defects they told me I could return it, but I wonder if they understand what dead pixel is, I think they only meant the physical aspect of it. I will have to wait like a month before they restock.

    Personally if you can wait a month for restock I would as the history of this one is sketchy and with damaged packaging it could have been dropped etc

    I would get it if they give a discount. If not just wait.

    If the only way you can return it if you didn't open the box I woudnt' but it.

    You open it and it's bad and you get hit with a restocking fee.
