Does MyIE2 use LESS resources then IE?

I just read about MyIE2 and it says it uses very resources. Does this mean very little in addition to IE, or does it use way less than IE?

Any info and opinions would be appreciated! Thanks!

Eric, I believe it uses the IE engine, but with much less baggage running.
