I agree . . . this is the best they can come up with? Seems a little odd. What if the object of your investigation rides a moped? :-D Heck, if they had stuck one of those on my trusty Chevette years ago, I'd have noticed the loss in gas mileage!

. . . and where are all the privacy groups yelling and screaming about this? Like they do about public surveillance cameras that are pretty much ubiquitous in the UK and elsewhere? I don't get it.

 

Now you've found it stick on some random car in another town or even a big truck parked in a lorry park then that'll confuse them, when it starts going to totally different places all of a sudden ! :-D:-D

 

Or go to the local FBI office, and stick it on one of their cars. :-D
