Does Windows 10 Need Maintenance, Clean-up, Etc?

Our son just got a nice gaming computer with Windows 10. Does Windows 10 need routine maintenance? What utilities should we use? Does the Edge browser need cleaning up from time to time also? Thanks. Ed

 

Oh yes every windows Operating system does.Even a freshly installed operating system need's some kinda cleaning.

Since your son has windows 10 i would suggest this option is automatic.There is all ready in place a such thing called Automatic Maintenance on Windows 10.

There is away to get to it if needed.

Go to Control Panel,System and Security,Security and Maintenance.There you will need to expand the Automatic Maintenance option.

You can set it up for daily or what ever you think is needed.

Just a note on windows 10 you can actually set it to do it automatically and choose how many days you want to schedule it at.
