Not exactly as per the topic name, but, I have quite the serious conundrum. I own a server in which I host video game servers from and I have been using a single domain at DynDns.org to do it. Everything from kick start ran fine as people could connect no problem and rarely d/c with the acception of lag once in a blue moon, the problem however started when I moved the server to a new location physically and not just data wise as in I pulled it from one server computer to put it on another at a completely different place. What happened is that my domain now no longer works.
I setup the server just as I did before, accessed my domain to change the external ip, forwarded the ports through the router and firewalls, made sure antivirus wasn't conflicting with it and even set router to broadcast the computer outside of the router rather than behind it. Not a single thing I have tried has worked and I have tried many more solutions than I can count. At first I thought that it may be the ISP blocking ports however this came to make no sense since I could not even access the server via the local network, only by the server itself can I access it and even then I am forced to use localhost : port in order to do anything. I have since setup the server to use LogMeIn Hamachi which has worked without error which has been fine to an extent, however, I do not want to use Hamachi as most people would rather have a more direct connection to which I do not blame them. At this point now I have searched and searched for an entire week to try and fix the problem with zero success. Here are the things I have tried to the best of my knowledge:

    - Reset modem and router
    - Forward ports in and out on TCP and UDP through every possible firewall or conflicting program
    - Checked to see if the ports were open through port checkers, the results of which changed multiple times with most of them being a success only when having the ports fully open and unprotected (However I STILL could not connect)
    - Directly connected to the modem avoiding the router with no success, which this is not an option anyway since others use the local network and therefore need the router to access it
    - Turned off all firewalls, antivirus, etc
    - Attempted to run it on a completely different computer, same results

I have a Dynamic IP which changes once to twice a day however have programs to update the domain when this happens. The network is obviously behind a router, I am using port 50500 domain fluffyboom.dyndns.org . I have tested the server at another location after the problems began to occur, the test location was a complete success with not a single problem, but upon bringing it back to the home location it refused to connect again. From what I can see it is as if the network itself is for whatever reason blocking any incoming connections without giving me so much as a ping
