These Postcards are being mailed around to AEP customers
If You get one trash it This is the second one I have gotten
I called the number & a woman answered Her name I didn't write down
Told her I was interested in getting A Month of Free Electricity
Told her my name She then began her spiel about it was a new Smart Energy 3 month trial program
Asked her what the rate per Kilowatt Hour is & was told me a rate that is higher than what I'm paying now
That's when I told her I wasn't interested in signing up for it Then I hung up
There is no such program They're wanting your electricity account number
Have a US Phone Number Lookup & put the number on the postcard in It returned that No Such Number Exist In The Database reply

 

And now everybody knows where you live...

 

We still get snail mail about car warranties. Our cars are 15 and 18 years old. If I haven't signed up for a warranty in all that time, the chances that I'd do it now are non-existent!
In fact we got one earlier this week informing us that the prices would be increasing so we should ACT NOW! More items for the recycling bin.

 

So what Eldon Posted that so people don't call & get sucked into something that's going to cost them more

 

lol i new about that years ago.They came to my house like 3 times last year trying to say i was getting dirty energy??? WTF I told the last person if they come again i will call local PD and have them questioned.They all so wanted to look at my bill.I said no thank you.And sadly lol my bill is the lowest in the hood.Don't give them any type of info they are trying to steal you're account information.

Might want to delete that picture admins.Or block the address on it...

 

Good advice wile e coyote! or should I call you Majer Geke & salute you...lol....I'll be sure to remove those photos & if they ever show up at my address I'll be sure to tell them NO & that I don't have a billing statement readily available Yes I know that's what they are trying to do Has something to do with H.B. 6 & the Chinese trying to steal our energy & jobs Doesn't it? Sadly your bill is the lowest in the hood?.....That's a good thing
I have credit with the power company as I overpaid it to get a jump on the winter heating season coming up & yeah my bill is headed downwards too!

 

It hasn't...Right now would like to have that image removed If you can do that Please do Otherwise delete my profile Please Thank you!
