Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.

I have them and they are on???... went through their list of fixes....to no avail...

But this isnt a one off problem.... I'm finding it on a lot of systems....

    Anyone any Ideas??

I think i had a problem similar to this before, and I might have solved it by getting the Flash player with debugging or something from Adobe's site. Im not sure if you have tried this option though?
