Donwloading from this site

I have tried five times this morning to download Belarc Advisor 7.2 with no luck. Everytime I try, I get a message telling me that Fresh Download could not continue with the download.

Very confusing since I don't have Fresh Download on my computer. I even tried twice after I shut down Zone Alarm. I do not have Windows firewall enabled.

Any one have any suggestions? All I want to know is what type of memory stick I have so that I can buy a second compatible one.

I have run into this problem before.

 

Well, that link worked just great. I don't know why the others one wouldn't. I looked in Add/Remove and Fresh Download is not in there nor is it in my Program list. Baffling. Oh well.

As for the reason I wanted Advisor-- It doesn't tell me what my memory stick is either, only that the FSB on my motherboard is 100 which I already knew. bummer.

It also tells me that I have 48!! MS updates not installed. Guess somebody else turned off the automatic updates so I best get those started. Downloading them will take days.

I was using Mozilla Firefox as my browser. Could Fresh Download be built into that?

Still trying to find where to start automatic downloads.....opening IE to look there under Tools or Options. I know it is somewhere.




Got it... now to start downloading and head for the feed store.

 

Yippee!! That worked, I have PC133 SDRAM. Now I know what speed to buy to supplement it.

Tools>Extensions opened an empty window so I guess Fresh Download is not tied to Mozilla. Oh well, it was a thought.

I went to MS update site and started updating.
