Dos printing,

    Hello,

    What is the command to print or test a printer if it is connected to LPT1 and not to the network at all, if there are no drivers loaded as can you connect the printer via LPT1 and test the printer via a dos command,

    At a command prompt,


    "filename" > lpt1

    Minus quotes.

    IIRC thats how you do it.

    Doesn't mention that on the link, xflat.
