   I was getting a CLI.exe error everytime I logged on I heard that I needed to install dot net frameworks everytime I try to load I get an error saying it could not be installed

   cli.exe is part of the ATI catalyst install
   Download startup control panel http://majorgeeks.com/Startup_Control_Panel_Standalone_Version_d4359.html
   look through the tabs and stop the CLI.EXE from running at startup.
   What version(s) of .NET are currently installed?
   You might need to go to Windows Update and get a Service Pack before you can install whatever you need.
