Double birdstrike at manchester airport caught on film

As usual good find Rikky..........Very impressive, and cool crew response.....Should make ALL air travelers aware that the Air Crews transporting them are the Pro's that they are..........Ten years as a Com. Pilot I can honestly say, I have never meet a finer group of people, than those that fly the skies.......wish I had never left:cry

 

That was a good video capture. Congrats, on the find, Rikky. Pilots and tower were both professional, although the pilot sounded a lot less tense at the end. Can't imagine why?
I'll bet alot of the passengers were doing underwear changes after unboarding. ( I would have been!!!)

 

Madness!! I bet the bird was mashed up! That darn thing coulda crashed in our city!

Ground and flambe bird. :drool Ya know, to see a jet take off with only one engine is quite impressive in of itself.

 

That was an impressive video - overlay of the tower communication was great.

 

Wow, that looks dangerous. Thats why I don't like to fly!
