Looks good to me. What OS are you planning to run?

And, if you don't already have one, you might consider picking up a good UPS/battery backup unit to protect all that new gear - something like this.

 

I would change the video card to one that is PCI Express 2.1 compliant, rather than 2.0 compliant as your current selection is. You'll get alot more graphics bandwidth for the same price.

 

Another change I would make is to get 2 1 TB drives instead of 1 2 tb drive. It'll end up costing the same, but you aill always have a spare drive should 1 of them die.

Another change I would make is the power supply. Corsair has come out with a version 2 of that power supply. You selected the old version of that power supply. Look here:
