I have a double image on my screen. I have tried re seating the graphics card but no joy. Any ideas?

A bit more information would be helpful. What kind of computer, what video card and what monitor are you using. Is the video card new? What do you meant by double image?

Using a Nvida Geforce 9800GT with an LG Flatron W2234S LCD Screen connected using DVI-I cable.

Yes it is a new card, started having the problem before I changed the card though. My old card was an ASUS 2900.

    Hi Drive,

Is it two complete images, one in the upper half of the screen and the other in the bottom? Or one slightly offset from the other?

It is one slightly dimmer image offset from the main image, almost like shadowing but make the screen look blurry.

    Hi again Drive,

That's probably something wrong with the VIDEO signal from the comp or something in the Monitor. It's like a TV set getting a good signal and also a weak reflected signal a little out of phase. I would try the monitor on another computer or the computer on another monitor to determine which is at fault then go from there.

    Luck, Jim
