download difficulty

I'm not sure where this should be, but i thought i would start here first, i hope no one gets upset. Anyway, i keep getting this pop-up telling me to download visual basic scripting support, and when i click download nothing happens or a get a message telling me to try again later only to have it happen again. How do i fix this so it won't happen again?
