    Hi all,
Is viewing content the same as downloading content from the internet.

The reason i ask is that I have a 10Gb download limit per month.

So therefore if i view lets say a youtube video online - is this counted as downloading?

It may be a silly question but I'd like some opinion.

    Thanks.

Any time you go to a web page you are sending and recieving information. i.e. Your computer says "I want this...this is where I'm at", WebServer "Here you go...what do you want to do next?"

You more than likely won't have problems surfing the internet as long as you are a "average person, sitting at a computer" as most ISP EULA(End User Licence Agreement) states.
