Download page time-out?

    I'm having serious problems accessing the main page of www.majorgeeks.com, and the download categories Toys and Game Tweaks. They spin and spin and spin and then time out with Firefox's annoying message that the server is taking too long to respond.

    Are you guys doing maintenance, or is something wrong here? :confused

    Thats quite possible but Jim would be the one that handles this and would know if he was maintaining the website (hey not my fault if it was broken as I normally get the blame) ;)

    I personally would blame your bad choice in browsers as its all Firefox's fault :p

    You sure we didnt do this on purpose :-D

    I just had a flashback

    1990, on the Necker River in Heidelberg, Germany. Swans are so tranquil looking and gorgeous but they sure do grow them big there. Well, apparently, they don't like you to talk to them or try to feed them or whatever we were doing because they chased us the heck out of there! When they stood up to run us down, they were almost as tall as us!! And they BITE!

    Which gave me a flashback to when I used to help my grandmother feed the fowl on the farm. She warned me to stick with the chickens and never go near the geese and especially not the turkeys. Man oh man, those birds are mean, nasty, aggressive things. I've had cows turn on my that I didn't run from as fast as from those geese and the turkeys!

    Won't feed anything bigger than a cardinal anymore. Dumb birds.

    Yeah someone had to take up the mischievious wand as TimW was out doing his great impression of Swan Lake ;) not a pretty sight I may add TimW in tights rolleyes
