    game problems

    I just downloaded from this site: freedownloadsaccelerator............I play alot of games at www.pogo.com..........Now it wont load any games.........I went to windows explorer and tried to delete this......HELP it wont let me delete it....what to I do now

    sounds like its got a bunch of spyware installed onto your computer.

    Download this, install it and run a smart scan, it should find the program guilty and remove it :)

    I answered you in email. Your first mistake is removing something with Windows Explorer. Theres an add\remove programs and that is how you delete. Your method is very risky because theres a risk of deleting system or other needed files.

    Goldfish, no, she downloaded it here, I ran it for some time and uninstalled it fine. Its how shes is attempting to remove it (Windows Explorer) thats the problem :)

    I downloaded freedownloadsacceler that had an ad-blocker with it. I have already went to add/remove programs and didnt see it the programs there...but i did find it in my windows explorer under the program file.....i tried deleting it from there, but wont let me.

    I answered this in an email to you. Its running, so its not uninstalled. Did you try your start menu as in start, programs, freedownload accelerator, uninstall? You really should do it this way.

    Otherwise its going to be more complicated as its running in startup. Hit the ctrl alt and delete keys, go to processes and look for one running called fda.exe or similar, click it, then end task. Now go into startup and remove it. Start, run and type in msconfig, find fda.exe and uncheck it, reboot. Gone.

    I downloaded from Majorgeeks free downloads accelerator 0.999 which includes:
    all in one----download acceletator, download manager, popup window stopper.
    My problem is I play games at www.pogo.com....now I am unable to load their games because of this download. I have already went to add/remove problems to delete it, I did not find it there. I did go to windows explorer and found it in the program files. I tried deleting it, but could not, I got the following message: Make sure disk is not full or write protected and not currently in use. I went to control panel-administrative tools-services, I didnot see it running or in use there. Any ideas how to get this off my computer.....Help anyone

    i know with my pop up blocker i have to hold down the shift and control key to make the internet explorer window open...u might wanna give that a try

    I have no problem opening my internet explorer window.....i can load into pogo, but can not access any games
