   If Tweakv1 is this link then at present the download link seems broken, have alerted the owners on this and it should be fixed asap.
   
   You could in the meantime try this one http://www.majorgeeks.com/Thoosje_Vista_Tweaker__d5910.html its free, but with all tweaking applications I would urge caution as you can at times break various applications.
