There's a round-a-bout way to still do it. I tested this with Firefox.
Click on the 3 dots at top right of the video and Save Video.
Go into your saved videos and right click on the video and Copy Link Location.

Another method:
Click on the 3 dots and Copy link.
Paste the link into the address bar and the video should load.
Copy the actual video URL from the address bar.

That always worked for Facebook videos. Alas, no longer...
I'm getting a "connection refused" even after I comment www.facebook.com in my hosts file.

 

If all else fails you can use screen capture software like Techsmiths snagit. Its not free but it will record anything on your screen.
