Downloaded program woes

Sorry - got overzealous with my "Hello" first post asking a question. Hope I got the right forum now. As I stated, I sometimes download everything I surf upon & often mess up my machines. I'm running 98SE on this one - 900 MHz Celeron w/640 memory.
I saw Stellarium as soon as I discovered this site & had to have it! Downloaded but got this Error Starting Program message when tried to run - "The STELLARIUM.EXE file is linked to missing export SHELL32.DLL:SHGetFolderPathA". Haven't a clue where to look for it (don't really know about DLLs much but managed to find a few sites I've been cheching out).
Any help out there "exploring my Universe"?

Also, lately I've been getting a lot of "Script on this page stopped" errors & my PS/2 keyboard port keeps freezing my system as soon as I hit a key on an XP machine I also had been using. Dust maybe?
As you can see I will be a frequent visitor here - in my own defense there are a lot of problems I HAVE fixed so can be of some help to others.
