Downloaded Windows 10 Now Having Major Issues Help!!!

    Hi all, We updated my friends Toshiba Sattlite Model CDD5-A5120 from windows 8.1, 64 Bytes 4 gigs memory to windows 10. It was working fine when I left now for whatever reason it is having major issues. I cannot get the internet card to work it slow on startup in fact it has had a black screen for awhile now on startup. I pray it gets passed that.

    Can anyone help me Please!!!!?

    HI

    Can you enter safe mode F8 or shift + F8 at all?
    or at black screen press CTRL key and see if you get an logon prompt.

    if you can get to a Windows desktop update graphics card driver.

    Okay this is solved I had to do a reset and it is working fine.. I did try f8 and it would not budge but did a reset and it is working great now.Thanks
