Downloading (and Converting) Mp2t Files?

Not sure if this is the right place, but couldn't find a better fitting scenery. If posted wrong, please forgive me.

So, recently a video aired about the Dutch Garrison (501st Legion - those who love Star Wars probably know what I;m rambling about ), and I can find the online video, but I want to save the video so keep.
Now, problem is as follows: I have tried various sites, methods and Downloadhelper, but nothing seems to work.

Is there anything I can do, to get that video to keep for ever ever? Except writing / mailing the site where it's at?

I looked there, but I can't make much sense of it :S
I use Chrome, but also use Firefox, Chrome is my "main domain" to browse around with though.
