downloading games

    Having problems downloading games. No picture. Black screen., but do have sound. Just upgraded to windows xp. Have norton antivirus also. Have tried settings., under control panel. Please Help me? thks.

    He wants help understanding what you mean when you say you want to download games. Because if your refering to downloading games illegally, then he wants to know so he can close this thread and move on. It's just helping Kodo do his job, and its a pretty simple question.

    No Im trying to download a game called charm tale by real arcade. , which is very very legal. No illegal games. ok. thnks. It just wont give me a picture at all. but do get sound. Other games do work though.

    OK can we have the link from where you're downloading the game from?

    Also, are your video card drivers up to date and does your computer meet the minimum requirements for the game to run?
