Downloading multiple files/updated files

Hey everyone. I don't know if this is possible or permitted at THIS site but I am really interested in finding a way to search out and download the latest updates of setup files for applications (especially anti-virus, anti-spyware programs). I have been unable to find a program to do this. I wrote some scripts with iMacros, but that isn't exactly what I'm looking for.

I want to download all the tools on MajorGeeks for AV and AS but I don't want to have to go through each individual link because it will take a long time. I want to download multiple files at once if that's possible. I don't want to slam their servers on a regular basis, but I'd love to automatically download the latest file version when it comes out, much like they download it automatically from the creators with some sort of spider or scanner. Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated. I mostly want to use this for about 10 programs that I constantly use and constantly need the latest install files from. Thanks!!
