   Its 461kb in its unzipped format (453kb in the zip file), so do make sure you unzip the package, right click extract all.
   
   What Windows version and bit (bit as in 32bit or 64bit) as it does not work in 64bit as the guide in malware states.
   
   Download again and do not use any download managers, and/or try a different browser to download, IE or Firefox or vice versa.
