downloading VOIP software - ratznjammers

    I go to http://www.aceconference.biz/ and click on "To enter the Conference Room: Click Here" That loads an alert window to download the software.

    I save file and download it.

    When downloaded, I try to install it.

    I get error message that says "The Audio/Video Conference software was not installed properly - Please launch the installation process again"

    any ideas on how to fix it?
