Dr Watson Postmortem debugger (I-Worm.SysClock)

I got this error about 4 weeks ago and ended up causing my system to mess up and I had to reformat.
I reformated about 3 days ago and alredy its gotten back onto my system even know I am running an Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, and firewall.

I went through the stickie and ran all the scans except Panda Anti-Virus because it wasnt working properly for me.

I'll attach all my log files and hopefully you guys can help me out.
