Dr Watson postmortem debugger my music issue

Hi,
I have a similar issue to others on the forum. I am unable to open my music folder (Everything else is ok) when I do try to click on the folder I either have close it with task manager, explorer reloads or I receive the Dr Watson error ( which for the life of me can't get to happen as I type this). I have used Spybot, Ad-aware, Spywareblaster, AVG antispyware and Ccleaner and the issue remains. I have AVG installed and use Zone alarm firewall.
