Dr. Watson Postmortem Debugger

I'm having problems with it. It pops up out of nowhere when I go through my files. I saw an older thread that tells you how to delete it, and make a backup file on your desktop so I did that. But I'm still having some problems so I'm assuming I didn't really fix the problem.

In addition to Dr. Watson pop ups, firefox is crashing very often. Also, for some reason, about 50 percent of the time I'm on my computer, youtube and iTunes will not play at all.

 

Alright, so what's up? Did I mention too many problems? I'd like to at least get help with this Dr. Watson program. I didn't even know I had that program until it started crashing. It's really a pain when it crashes, and it crashes about 95% of the time I go through my documents.

 

What's a repair install?
