Dr watson

Hi all, I'm new here and not too computer literate so I hope I am posting in the correct forum.I am running windows xp IE7 sp3. Only a few weeks ago my PC was reformatted. The tech install ms office 2003. I had some problems with the program and I dont use it anyway. When I asked him he told me no problem to uninstall. I did and the uninstall seemed to go Ok, but when I tried to open my firefox browser the pages would load.After a day of this I decided to uninstall and reinstall.I think I goofed. I had to completely uninstall firefox I could even get online.Now I am getting these dr watson errors and I dont no how to handle this. I am praying I can fix this myself because I cant afford the tech guy yet again. If you can advise it would be so appreciated. Thanks in advance. kaminikij Here is the log

Open the C:\Windows directory and look for the 'minidump' folder. Open the folder and see if there is a minidump file.

If you don't find it there look in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson for the user.dmp or DrWatson log.

Use a zip utility (Windows own or third party) to zip up the file.

Come back to this thread and using the 'Manage Attachments' feature upload the zip file to your reply.

This is so folks as myself or someone more adept at debugging can try to find the cause of your problem.
