i was wondering if studio mx 2004 (specifically dreamweaver mx 2k4) is backwards compatible with studio mx. taking a web authoring class and the classroom is using regular mx and i have mx 2k4 so wanna make sure 2k4 is compatible before i start doing classwork at home and not be able to open it in the room.

i don't know off hand, but you could always mock up something at home and try it at school.
I would imagine that regular HTML pages would be fine.

i figured i could just copy the source and do it that way but i was trying to make sure the flash code and all that would work...ill make a page and test it tuesday when i have the class again

they are compatible as long as you have the flash objects so that the older version can load them.
