Dreamy emulation

Ok heres the question i know that snes roms and emulators are easy to find but i was wondering if there was anything out there for dreamcast...i mean ok i know the emulator is i think i got one but all the roms are for iso and requires the use of a bittorrent....but i have much hatred towards bittorrent. So anyone know of any websites that might have the full rom? Oh and do dreamcast emulators also play dreamcast cds? you know both the games and the roms.
