Drive IRQ not less or equal, please help T_T

After upgraded my vidoe card to geforce 6600gt agp and played WOW for a few hours, i often encountered blue screen with the error Driver IRQ not less or equal:
p16xsys - address ba8eco18 base at ba8d5000, date stop 3f3afac2


I browsed through other forums and many people stated that the error is related to some RAM problems. but i couldn't conduct a RAM disgnostic since i dont have a floppy drive, and i can't extract the IMG files from memtest86.iso. Is there any other way that i can fix the problem? For the past 3 days since i started playing WOW, i had experiencing over 10 blue screens with the same error, Please help

 

p16x.sys is a creative sound card driver.

I'd try updating your sound drivers.

 

yea i updated the latest geforce driver..

Grrr weird i downloaded the latest creative sb live drivers and it can't detect my sound card.. any ideas??

Creative sucks in that respect. Might want to give them a call.
