Yesterday my friends and I took and older computer of mine, I belive it was an HP Pavillion C that was around 3-4 years old, but it still worked properly, it was just very slow even after we reformatted it. So we took and tore down two other computers and took out a cd driver and installed it, then we took out a hard drive and it appeared to be the same as the original hard drive so we made the original hard drive the MASTER and the second the SLAVE. Then we put another piece of memory in and put a new fan in. Hooked it back up and the computer started fine and the lights were flashing and it was beeping but we couldn't get the moniter to come on. We tried 2 diff moniters and none worked. What Can i do? I was thinkin maybe puttin in a auto hard drive formater? ,...Please Help!rolleyes:
