    Greetings, yhangel_07.

We need to know your specs before recommending download locations:

Please download and install Everest, a free system information tool.

Run Everest and click Report (top menu) > Report Wizard > Next
Choose System Summary Only > Next
Choose Plain Text > Finish and wait for report to generate
Click Save to File and leave the File Name as Report
Click the Save as Type dropdown and choose Report files (*txt) and click Save (n.b. Save to desktop, use Browse to locate desktop)

Then attach your log to your next post per these instructions: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post.

In addition to the above, what's the make and model # of your machine?

After some serious research, it appears the motherboard uses Intel i845GL graphics, which can be downloaded from this link. I strongly suggest that you install the chipset drivers before installing the video drivers; you can download the chipset drivers from this link. I hope this helps! Let us know how it goes!!!

    :-D

(it appears these systems were sold almost exclusively in Korea)

    Hi

Last few of these Samsung based PCs using the Harappa 12 motherboard, had nVidia 5500FX cards, so the Everest log would help or try the nVidia driver HERE (download is Korean language one so if you want the English, just choose your version from this page HERE)

But do as dlb mentions install the Chipset driver first and reboot then install the graphics/video driver.

I just realized the drivers at the links I provided are for desktop boards, but they should also work for laptop boards.... since I'm not 100% sure if we're dealing with a laptop or desktop (I think it's a laptop), I apologize. But -like I said- the drivers should be OK either way.... however, if you need laptop drivers, try these:
    Video: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=9033&ProdId=757&lang=eng
    Chipset: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=8178&ProdId=757&lang=eng

These drivers (and the links I provided earlier) are for Windows XP and/or Windows 2000. If you're not using XP, and if the drivers don't work, you REALLY should follow Caliban's suggestion and provide us with an Everest hardware/software report......

Oh... I almost forgot.... :wave Welcome to Major Geeks! :major

(but it's been a week, so we may never hear back from the OP :cry )
