the computer was reformatted with win 8.1 and handed over to a youth for gaming. Cannot manage to get an internet connection. It shows PowerPC Processor as requiring a driver in the device manager and when I ran a scan with Driver Booster it said this was required for the network connection. But I can't find the right driver - all I can find is utilities which will update the drivers once you've got an internet connection. But I can't get an internet connection because I don't have the driver. The Motherboard is Gigabyte G1.Assassin. Can you assist?

OK. Stop looking. I eventually found "killer setup" which was for the assassin motherboard. Once extracted, I was able to transfer it to the pc and it installed and connected to the internet. Hurray! Then only need to update 43 out of date drivers.
