I can't get my refresh rate any faster than 60 Hz at 1600 x 1200. I've done a bunch of searching and some sources say it's a XP issue, others a nVidia issue. I have not been able to find any updated drivers than what I'm using. Monitor settings say I should be able to use 70 Hz but it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

    Monitor - Viewsonic VP2030b, driver version- 1.5.0.0
    Adapter - Quadro2 Pro, driver version - 7.1.8.9
    OS - XP Pro

    Thank you.
