Driver issue

    Hi my sound is not working on pc, when i go to volume it says "no active mixer devices available" in device manager it says ther is no device. Could you please identify if i need drivers, i dont know how to detct them heres my report from dxdiag. My computer was built around 3-4 years ago and i dont have any software i have tried everything

    You have to know your sound card version and find its driver.
